SIGN IN FROM YOUR PHONE A one-tap, location-verified sign-in the moment you arrive on site. Your school's dashboard updates instantly. EVACUATION ROLL CALL Start or join an evacuation, mark people safe in real time across every staff device, and add anyone the list missed. Includes an "I'm Safe" self check-in and a full evacuation history. STAFF MESSAGING Secure, school-internal messages between staff. Quick-send to the Headteacher, SLT, the emergency team or all staff; replies, read receipts and a home-screen view of anything unread. MADE FOR SCHOOLS See who's on site across your school's sites, view your own sign-in history and export it as a PDF, and show your personal QR code at the kiosk. Fully bilingual: English a Chymraeg. OnSite Staff requires a staff account provided by your school. If your school uses GroupEd, sign in with your school email. It is not for pupils or parents. Location is used only while you sign in, to confirm you're at a school site. Notifications keep you informed of staff messages and emergencies.
