OnSite Insights is a work app provided by your employer. If your employer or site manager has asked you to install it, this page explains exactly what it does — and what it does not do — so you can install it with confidence. The app gives you the right instructions for your job the moment you arrive at a site, played as clear audio, in your preferred language — so you don't have to read through paperwork or dig through group chats to know what to do. WHAT THE APP DOES FOR YOU • Gives you your instructions automatically. When you arrive at the right place on-site, the app plays the instructions for your task out loud. No searching, no reading, no guessing. • Speaks your language. Instructions are delivered in the language you prefer, so nothing gets lost in translation. • Lets you flag problems. If something is blocking your work — missing materials, no access, not enough time — you can flag it in seconds and choose the reason. Your account of the job matters. • Starts and ends with your shift. The app is active during your work shift and organizes your tasks by area, floor, or zone so you always know what's next. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO Your privacy matters, so here is what this app does not do: • It does not record audio of you or your conversations. The app plays instructions to you — it does not listen to you. • It does not track your personal location off the job. It only recognizes when you are in a work zone during your shift. It is not following you around or watching you off the clock. • It does not collect your personal contacts, photos, or private data. • It is provided directly by your employer for your work. You need a company-provided account to use it — it has no features for the general public.
