Some of what you say out loud on a bad day is personal, and it should stay that way. NO STREAKS, NO GUILT No notifications. The app doesn't care how long you've been gone. Show up when you need it. One Thing won't get your whole list done. But on a day when everything feels impossible, doing one thing means everything.
