Oneos is the receivables anticipation platform made for those who build Brazil. Suppliers anticipate invoices issued to construction companies and receive payment in days, not months. Construction companies gain a simple approval workflow, organized payment slips, and total visibility of the payment chain. FOR SUPPLIERS • Anticipate an invoice in just a few taps: choose the invoice, see the rate, the net amount, and the payment date before confirming. • Track each operation by stage: pre-authorized, under verification, under approval, to be received, and completed. • Invoices automatically synchronized with SEFAZ (Brazilian tax authority) using your digital certificate. • See the anticipated volume, the net amount received, and the average rate for the last 12 months on the home screen. • Accounts receivable and company documents in one place. FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES • Approve or reject anticipation requests with visible deadlines and complete history. • Pre-authorize anticipations and invite suppliers to anticipate specific invoices. • Invoices to be paid with indicators of overdue payments, payments due in 7 days, and payments awaiting issuance, with a copyable digital line. • Credit and transfer panel: available limit, consumption, cashback, and accumulated InvestBack. • Received invoices organized by supplier. FEATURES FOR EVERYONE • Notifications of each stage change, due date, and pending approval. • Privacy mode: hide values on the home screen with one tap. • Quick switching between companies for those operating with more than one CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID). • Profile access: each employee sees only what their role allows. SECURITY Sessions protected, data encrypted in transit, and digital certificates stored with encryption. Oneos does not move funds without the explicit approval of the construction company. Using Oneos requires a business account. Suppliers can register through the app; construction companies join by invitation from Oneos.
