OneBookPlus Staff is the free employee app for the hundreds of independent Australian businesses that run on OneBookPlus. Trades and workshops, salons and clinics, cleaners and caterers, cafes, retailers, agencies and care providers. If the business you work for uses OneBookPlus, this is where you pick up your roster, clock on, and read your payslips. YOUR ROSTER See the shifts you are rostered on, by week or by month, in your workplace's time zone. CLOCK IN, CLOCK OUT Start and finish your shift from your phone, straight onto your timesheet. Both times are stamped by OneBookPlus rather than taken from your phone's clock, and your hours come from those two stamped times. If you allow location access, the app records where you clocked in and out so your employer can see where the shift started. TIMESHEETS The hours you have worked, and whether they have been approved. PAYSLIPS Read each payslip with year to date gross, tax and super, and download the PDF. It is the same payslip your employer issues, business name and ABN included. LEAVE Request time off, see the leave balance your employer keeps, and track approvals. SWAPS AND OPEN SHIFTS Swap a shift with a colleague, or put your hand up for an open shift going spare. AVAILABILITY Tell your employer the hours you can work. YOUR WORK See the jobs, bookings, care visits or orders assigned to you, whatever your industry calls them. When your employer turns on roster visibility, see who else is on with you. MAKE IT YOURS Pick up to three screens to sit in your tab bar. Everything else stays in More. GETTING YOUR LOGIN Whoever manages your roster creates your account and links it to your staff record. Employees, casuals, part-timers and contractors all work the same way. This app shows your pay, your bank details and your home address, so we do not let anyone sign themselves up and claim to work somewhere. Ask your manager to add you. Any business can start using OneBookPlus for free at onebookplus.com.au. If yours has not yet, tell them about it. OneBookPlus Staff is free, and always will be. It is not a payroll product and does not calculate anyone's pay. It shows you the roster, timesheets and payslips your employer manages in OneBookPlus.
