Continuing is always allowed: one moment never blocks you, never shames you, and doesn't do streaks. Going over your limit just means the screen says so. When a session timer runs out, you get a clear end point — and starting a new session is one tap away. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • No blocking. You can always continue. • No accounts, no cloud, no data collection. Everything stays on your phone. • No notifications, no reports, no daily check-ins. The best version of one moment is one you forget you installed — until the moment you need it. one moment uses Apple's Screen Time technology, and asks for Screen Time permission for exactly one purpose: to show you the pause before apps you yourself chose to limit.
