Play a full game of sudoku with one thumb. Standing on the train, holding a coffee, or lying in bed with the phone above your face. The board sits at the top of your screen, untouched. All your input happens in a strip at the bottom, right where your thumb already rests. Drag along it and a cursor walks the grid. Every cell edge gives a small haptic click, so you always know where you are without looking down. Tap the pad once to leave a pencil mark. Tap twice to write the number. Swipe the whole pad down when you are done. Before you start a puzzle, you choose how much help you want: Show me the way. Row, column and box light up, matching numbers glow, and a wrong number turns red as you place it. A little help. The highlights, and a number that clashes with one you can see turns red. On my own. A bare grid. Nothing turns red at all, and when you fill the last cell we tell you only whether it is right. New to the controls, or to sudoku? A playable 3x3 tutorial teaches the drag-and-tap input first, then the rule itself, by doing rather than reading. The first five levels are free, so you can find out whether playing one-handed suits you before paying for anything. One payment of $3.99 then unlocks the rest: 50 puzzles in all, ten each across Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert and Master, plus the puzzle packs added in later updates. Not a subscription. Every single puzzle has exactly one solution and can be solved by pure logic. Never a guess, never a coin flip. Your best time, your mistake count, and a half-finished board are all saved automatically. Four themes to pick between, and the app follows your text size, Bold Text, Increase Contrast and Reduce Motion settings. Paper-and-ink visuals, calm pacing, no countdown clock pushing you. No ads anywhere. No account to create. No data collected, because nothing connects to anywhere. Sudoku that fits in one hand, and in the ten minutes you actually have.
