When the wait is over, one calm question: still want it? WATCH IT ADD UP Every item you let go counts toward your estimated savings — a number built entirely out of prices you typed yourself. See it by month, next to the hours of the day the shields keep meeting you. NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF Cooldown never scolds you for wanting things, and nothing turns red if you buy it. Apple's Screen Time hands Cooldown codes, not names, so it cannot see which shops you chose, what you browsed, or what you bought. Everything lives on your iPhone. The weekly write-up sends counts and totals only — never item names. It is off until you turn it on, and nothing else ever leaves: not your savings total, not your list, not which shops you protect.
