Supervisors see the whole floor on one screen. Everyone else sees exactly what their permissions allow — controls you do not have are not there to press. THE SAME PRODUCT, NOT A CUT-DOWN COPY A conversation you answer on the phone is the same conversation on the website, the same second. Nothing is stored on the phone except your sign-in.
