Employees clock in and out in seconds with on-device face verification — no personal phones, no badges, no shared passwords. The kiosk pairs with your company's Omni HR instance and works even when the network doesn't. FACE CHECK-IN, VERIFIED ON THE DEVICE The kiosk captures a photo at clock-in, checks it is a live face (printed-photo and screen-replay attempts are rejected), and verifies it against the employee's enrolled reference — all on the device. BUILT FOR THE FRONT DESK • Fast profile lookup: search by name, or let Search by Face narrow the list instantly • Optional per-employee PIN as a second factor • Works offline: punches queue on the device and sync when the connection returns • Live status board: who's in, who's out, hours worked today • Face enrollment at the kiosk (where HR enables it), gated by HR approval • English, 中文, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Face matching runs on the device — face templates never leave it • All data on the kiosk is encrypted at rest; traffic is encrypted in transit • No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no location tracking FOR OMNI HR CUSTOMERS Omni HR Kiosk is the shared-terminal companion to the Omni HR platform.
