Your volunteer activity, all in one app. Oltre Fly Volontari is the management app designed for volunteers from associations and volunteer organizations, including those working in the Civil Protection sector. View your shifts, report your availability, clock in and out, and track your donated hours: all in just a few taps, wherever you are. YOUR SHIFTS, ALWAYS CLEAR View the shift schedule assigned by your association, including the date, time, type of service, location, and names of the colleagues you'll be working with. Your current shift is always highlighted on the main screen, so you always know what to expect today and in the coming days. COMMUNICATE YOUR AVAILABILITY IN SECONDS Indicate the days and time slots you can be available. You can indicate your availability for the entire day or choose specific time slots, adapting them to your personal and work commitments. Association representatives see your availability in real time and can schedule shifts without endless phone calls and texts. GEOLOCATION CLOCKING Register the start and end of your service directly from the app, with location verification. Attendance is automatically archived: no more paper logs, forgotten signature sheets, or month-end reconstructions. ALWAYS UNDER CONTROL YOUR HOURS AND REIMBURSEMENTS View your total service hours for the year, a history of completed shifts, and a summary of your earned compensation or expense reimbursements month by month. A complete and transparent overview of your commitment. NOTIFICATIONS THAT REALLY ARRIVE Receive push alerts when you're assigned a new shift, when the calendar is updated, when your service start time approaches, or when the association publishes an important announcement. No information is lost. DIGITAL CARD If your association enables it, you'll always have your digital ID card with you, including your photo, membership number, and expiration date. DESIGNED FOR THOSE IN THE FIELD Simple interface, readable even in difficult conditions, optimized for one-handed use. Automatic light and dark modes. No complicated setup: log in with the credentials provided by your association and you're ready to go. GETTING STARTED Oltre Fly Volunteers works in conjunction with the management platform used by your association. To access, you need an account created by your organization's representatives or your association's invitation code.
