Oli is an AI calorie tracker built around your menstrual cycle. Tell Oli what you ate, like "grilled chicken burrito bowl with rice, beans and guac", or take a photo of your plate. It works out the calories, protein, carbs and fat in a few seconds. And since your energy and nutritional needs change throughout your cycle, your daily targets shift along with it. You don't have to search a food database or weigh every ingredient. NUTRITION THAT FOLLOWS YOUR CYCLE Your needs in your luteal phase aren't the same as in your follicular phase, and your targets should reflect that. Connect Apple Health and Oli picks up your cycle automatically, then adjusts your daily calorie and macro targets for each phase. There's nothing to track by hand. LOG MEALS YOUR WAY Type it in plain English, take a photo, or both. Oli splits each meal into individual items with their own macros, so you can see where the calories actually come from. If it gets something wrong, you can fix it with a tap. REPEAT MEALS TAKE SECONDS If you eat the same breakfast most days, Oli recognises it and suggests it straight away, so logging it again takes a couple of taps.
