OLE by CRISP is the official app of the CRISP online assessment platform. Take a secure, proctored competency assessment on your phone and receive a personalised report of your professional strengths. KNOW YOUR PROFESSIONAL STRENGTHS The assessment is built on the 4C Framework and measures four competencies that matter in today's workplace: • Critical Thinking — analyse information, reason logically, solve problems • Creativity — generate original ideas and fresh approaches • Communication — express ideas clearly and understand others • Collaboration — work effectively in teams It is designed for students and young professionals who want evidence-based insight into their strengths. It is open to all — no prior experience is required. HOW IT WORKS 1. Register with your email address and verify it with an OTP 2. Verify your identity with an ID document and a selfie 3. Take the online assessment (about 60 minutes) 4. Receive your personalised competency report by email within minutes of completion SECURE, PROCTORED EXAM To keep the assessment fair for everyone, the app uses your camera and microphone during the exam: • Periodic camera snapshots confirm you are present throughout • Ambient audio detection flags unusual sounds • On-screen alerts tell you if anything needs fixing (for example, poor lighting) Proctoring data is used only for assessment integrity, is encrypted in transit, and is never shared with third parties or used for marketing.
