Store description excerpt
OK Remote lets you remotely control coding agents running on your computer. Agents run where your code already lives — your files, your shell, your tools, your keys — and your phone drives it from anywhere. Now you can do real work without being shackled to your desk! Not an SSH client. It's a fully polished, feature-rich app for agentic work while you're away from the keyboard: rich chat with markdown rendering, slash commands, model configuration, a file browser, a code editor, and a git diff viewer. Minimalism and extensibility. Under the hood it runs Pi, the holy grail of agent harnesses. Pi makes no unwanted assumptions for you, and you can extend it to do pretty much anything — including whatever any other harness does. Private and fast. Connections between the app and your computer run over Iroh: end-to-end encrypted, and routed along the shortest available path. Bring your own key — your AI provider bills you directly, and we never see the traffic. Change personalities. Edit AGENTS.md from your phone and the agent picks up its new instructions on the next turn. Extend it. Ask the agent to write itself an extension and it gains a new capability, immediately. Do whatever you want. It's your computer: - "Find my latest coding session. Watch it periodically, and let me know when it's done." - "I'm in line at Chipotle and my girlfriend isn't checking her phone, but she's at her desk. Use the say command to ask her to text me what she wants." - "Find and import my /create-pr skill." It's easy to get started: 1. Get this app. 2. Install the ok CLI on your computer: ok.lol/install 3. Sign in with the same email on both. 4. Turn on notifications and configure an AI provider from the app. 5. Open the folder you want to work in, and get going.
