Ojo PR is Puerto Rico's app where neighbours share what is happening on their street — power and water outages, flooding, road closures and safety incidents — on a real-time community map. Ojo PR is not an emergency service and does not dispatch help. It is not connected to 9-1-1 or to any agency. If there is an emergency, call 9-1-1. POWER AND WATER OUTAGES No power?
