The goal of the project is to stimulate the development of new social enterprises that will enable training for the market, development of business plans, business and risk management, and the acquisition of sales, communication and other skills, thus achieving the goal of "Encouraging entrepreneurship and self-employment and development of social entrepreneurship" from the Struggle Strategy against poverty and social exclusion in the Republic of Croatia 2014-2020. By creating the educational program "Business success through social entrepreneurship", almost all areas of knowledge that a social entrepreneur should have were covered, and an online course was also created. This is the implementation of measure 10 "Investment in education, training and vocational training for skills and lifelong learning" of the Operational Program effective human resources 2014-2020. and the Europe 2020 Program for New Skills and Jobs Initiative. In order for as many users as possible to acquire new knowledge and skills, a mobile application called About social entrepreneurship was created, where all information about the same as the mentioned online course is available. The implementation of this project contributes to the promotion of social entrepreneurship by encouraging and ensuring the capacity of future social entrepreneurs. Since Istria County has the largest number of registered companies of all counties (according to the court register), it is considered that the conditions here are ideal for the development of new social entrepreneurs and the awareness of existing entrepreneurs for the benefits they have if they change the way they manage their business. The value of the investment in this project is significant because a lot of work is done on the promotion of social entrepreneurship, educating young and unemployed people about business management and acquiring other skills necessary for the successful management of a social enterprise, as well as the active inclusion of people with disabilities in the community and assistance in their employment.
