It counts people at your entrance - it never identifies them. For Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and direct hosts, Occupancy Guard watches arrivals during a booking and turns them into dated, watermarked photo evidence: - Proof-of-stay: every authorized guest arrival becomes a certified snapshot, so you can defeat "services not rendered" chargebacks and "guest never stayed" claims. - Over-occupancy alerts: booked for 2, but 4 people arrive? Get an instant alert with photo evidence. - Out-of-window check-ins: an arrival with no active booking, or before check-in, is flagged in real time. - Evidence Packet: one tap assembles arrivals, a timeline, "booked N / detected M", and integrity hashes into a dispute-ready packet for the Airbnb Resolution Center or a chargeback rebuttal. Set your properties, enter your bookings, and let the Ring device you already own do the rest. Privacy-first by design: the system counts heads, never runs facial recognition, and stores only what you need as evidence.
