Nutricia Product Choice is a mobile application for physicians and healthcare professionals that helps users select the right specialty food for medical purposes (formerly known as formula) and provides complete information on the properties, ingredients, composition, dosage and prescribability of a given product. The application has four + 1 unique functions: • Advanced filter function: You can search for special foods for medical purposes based on therapeutic area, product characteristics, or special patient needs. The filter function can be accessed by clicking on the All Products link via the Filter button. • My favorites feature: By clicking on the heart icon next to the product name, the product can be added to Favorites and can be revoked at any time later. Favorite products will be available directly from the App home page. • Updated product information: The Application also makes information about each product available offline. The changes can be downloaded to your phone online by clicking the Update Products button. The Refresh button is available in the Menu. • Writing guide: On the page for each product, a guide to prescribing the recommended daily quantity is available, with a BNO list for increased support. If you want to prescribe a quantity other than the recommended daily amount, visit the Online Prescription Guide, which is available when you have Internet access. The Online Writing Guide opens automatically when you click the button. • Messaging function: Through the messaging function of the application, you can be among the first to be informed about product changes, novelties and professional news that are relevant to you. Important warning! The prescription guide is only intended to be ordered with a subsidy in accordance with the law and provides information to the person entitled to order special foodstuffs for medical purposes on the prescription and the title of the prescription. Other legal conditions The User can download the Application free of charge. By downloading and using the Application, the adult, legally qualified user (hereinafter: User) who downloads the Application accepts the terms and conditions set forth in the legal statement and data management information. The User is free to delete his User Profile at any time, which will permanently delete all his personal data and settings. You can delete a profile via Menu> My Profile> Delete Profile.
