TWO WAYS TO STAY ON TRACK Task Mode — Nudge Pro Set an intention before opening an app: “Reply to Sarah,” “Post my photo,” or “Find a recipe for dinner.” Start a screen-broadcast session, and Nudge checks your activity against that intention. When it detects a distraction, it interrupts with a nudge to help you refocus. Timer Mode — Free Choose how long you want to use an app. Nudge blocks it again when your time is up. Simple time limits, without AI or screen capture.
