It is the main tool for the smooth operation of the NRS Diner application and is connected to the Norma Ej Net 3 cash register to issue receipts. Basic Functions: 1. Ordering & Bank Management: Waiters can enter orders per table, add or modify products, and track order progress in real time. The application is designed for fast navigation, reducing the time to perform daily tasks. 2.Delivery & Takeaway: The app includes separate tabs for tracking delivery and takeaway orders, allowing for easy management of these types of orders. This facilitates the organization and faster service of non-dining customers. 3. Intercommunication: Intercom capability is provided, allowing direct communication between team members such as waiters, kitchen and cashier. This improves collaboration and reduces the margin for error during service. 4. Flexible Layout of Halls: Administrators can easily configure the rooms, defining zones or sections (e.g. indoor and outdoor tables), ensuring optimal organization of the space. 5. Customizing Categories & Items: The ability to organize categories (eg drinks, entrees, desserts) and items ensures flexibility in menu changes and facilitates training of new users.
