NOW BAND Pair over Bluetooth for continuous heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, skin temperature and sleep stages. Battery lasts weeks, not days. IP67, so rain and pools are fine. NOW SCALE Step on and the 8-electrode scale sends weight, body fat, muscle, water, bone mass, visceral fat, BMI and BMR straight into your history. Up to 10 profiles, so the whole household can use one scale. APPLE WATCH AND WIDGETS Start and control workouts from your wrist. Live Activities keep the session on your Lock Screen. Home Screen widgets show today at a glance. PRIVACY Your data belongs to you. Health data stays in Apple Health unless you choose to sync it, contacts are matched as one-way hashes and never uploaded in the clear, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app. The NOW Band and NOW Scale are wellness and fitness accessories.
