NoveDev is a shift-master companion for a plant with exactly nine bays under one roof. Seat lots, crew the wells, walk a living belt, and close the evening — no market, no farm to wander, no account required. Whether this is your first morning on the floor or you already know which well jams, NoveDev gives you a full shop day: gates, line, debrief, and night pressure. Shop data stays on your device. NINE WELLS You never run all nine. People, machines, and lots are scarce. Tap a well on the roof to read its plate, set quota, seal a hole you cannot staff, or stand that bay. Green is the only living color on this floor. GATES AND LOTS Morning lots hang on one rail from farm and sea. Swipe a tag right to seat it, left to scrap, down into the cold locker. Prime, mill, or hold. A lot exists only on the belt or while a machine chews it. THE LINE Stand a bay on the floor, then walk it. One open well in volume: a belt, posts, a workpiece, a bottleneck that glows. Orbit the hull, tap a post, and dock scarce iron — knife, motor, sensor — before wear writes a jam. NIGHT PRESSURE Close the shift and nine strips fall: breathed, silent, down. Then the same belt with no lots. Tap the flashing post in the green window. A long combo cools wear. Throw a knife on a red node before the line jams. DIE MILL Photograph a raw good or pull a plate from the rail. The mill pixellates it onto enamel, hangs a house die, and can send that lot to the gates. Photos stay on this device.
