The application has a triple objective: 1/ The user can create equipment present on the building. He can describe the building, qualify the equipment, give their nature and their states. The census form is configurable and adaptable to each context. Once registered, the census can be modified, updated and supplemented. The user can thus describe what he manages and carry out a real diagnosis of the condition of the structures and equipment of a given building. 2/ The user can carry out a monitoring of the assets and equipment that he has either identified himself or that have been created in a database or by another application. These checks make it possible to identify technical anomalies on the equipment which will cause the creation of a file. The user can then initiate processing of these anomalies and check that they have been taken into account by the maintenance companies. These controls give rise to control reports that the user can view. 3/ The user can also have the equipment identity sheet in a feature called the cockpit. This allows him to visualize the equipment present on a building. For the census functionality and the heritage watch functionality, the application allows the user to organize his controls by priority, according to a previously defined control frequency.
