Nova One is an internal operations management app for property management and hospitality teams (B2B). Cleaners, inspectors, maintenance technicians and managers use it to manage daily tasks, track work hours, and report issues in real time. Demo Account (pre-loaded with sample data): Account: review_test Password: 123456 The app requires login because it is distributed to employees of property-management companies. Testing Steps: 1. Log in with the demo account above. 2. IMPORTANT: Tap the "Clock" tab and press "Clock In" first — starting a task requires an active shift (labor-compliance rule). The app will show a reminder if you skip this step. 3. Open the "Tasks" tab: you will see 3 sample tasks (Demo - Departure Cleaning, Demo - Arrival Inspection, Demo - AC Filter Check). Tap any task to view details, checklist, supplies and the photo upload section, then tap "Start Task". 4. Optional: in a task's notes/comment field, tap the microphone icon to record a short voice note — it is transcribed to text on our server and the recording is not retained after transcription. 5. Tap "Report" in the bottom navigation to create a new issue. 6. "Clock Out" from the Clock tab when finished. Privacy & Account: - Terms of Use & Privacy Policy: https://webapp.novavacation.com/policy.html (also linked on the login and sign-up screens). - Account deletion is available in Profile > Delete Account. - New self-registered users join in an "unassigned" state with no operational data access until an administrator assigns them a role — please use the demo account above to review all features.
