HOW IT WORKS Pick your essentials. The apps you genuinely need (calls, maps, whatever you decide) stay outside the block. Everything else goes in. Or flip it: pick only the apps that pull at you, block just those, and leave the rest of your phone untouched. Set your intention. Before you start, you write down what you want this time for. It's your reason, not a rule the app imposes on you. Focus. The rest of the phone stays blocked. If you need a break, unlocking takes real friction — it isn't instant, by design. Every opening counts against your daily time. A COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF The focus doesn't run on a timer — it lasts until you decide to stop. What you set is how much unlock time you get per day. There's no easy way out, just a transparent cost. Your streak grows for every day you hold it, and an occasional stumble is absorbed by a built-in repair rather than wiping it out. WHAT YOU WON'T FIND No ads that profit from you using your phone more. No engagement metrics. No notifications that pull you back out of habit — the opposite: we tell you when your time is up, and the block returns on its own. nothinpp exists so you use it less, not more. If it works, one day you'll open it less and less. That's the goal.
