Store description excerpt

NoteHarbor is the mobile companion to the NoteHarbor web platform, a mortgage note servicing system built for private lenders, note investors, and loan servicing teams. This app requires an existing NoteHarbor account. Create and manage your organization at usenoteharbor.com, then use this app to check in from your phone. The companion app is free forever, with no ads and no in-app purchases. What you can do: - View your full loan book, including balances, terms, and amortization schedules - Review the payments ledger for every loan - Look up owners, properties, and borrower or lender contacts - Track rental units and open maintenance work orders - Check reports and dashboard KPIs with charts - See the team calendar, including payment due dates and key loan events - Post messages, mentions, and threaded replies in your office Team Chat NoteHarbor mobile is a view-only companion everywhere except Team Chat. Loan data, payment history, and document management stay on the web app, where your team already works. That keeps the mobile app fast and focused: check your numbers, catch up on team messages, and get back to your day. Security: no tax ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or loan documents are ever downloaded to your phone. The app displays your organization's data over an encrypted connection and stores only an encrypted session token on the device. Sign in with Google, Apple, or your NoteHarbor email and password.
