Give a follow-up an owner and a status so everyone can see the next step, including what is still open. BRING USEFUL NOTES TO AN APPOINTMENT Choose the observations and questions that matter. Review a PDF brief before sharing it, with the selected notes, authors and sources included. SHARE WITH PEOPLE YOU TRUST Create one private household for one parent, with up to five people total: you and four invited relatives or helpers. Invite contributors or read-only viewers, remove access, or transfer coordination when needed. KEEP NOTES CLOSE AT HAND Capture observations offline and sync when connected. Existing records stay readable, exportable and deletable after your trial or subscription ends. TRY IT WITH YOUR HOUSEHOLD Start with a 14-day full household trial. No payment method is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. To continue shared writing, the coordinator can choose a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Invited members do not need separate subscriptions. Use Noted Together with your parent's knowledge and agreement, or other clear permission to coordinate.
