Nota turns a photo of a supplier invoice into a posted delivery note in the restaurant's own accounting system. Photograph the paper. Nota reads the supplier, the date, the number and every line — quantities, units, prices and totals — and matches each line to the products already in your accounting system. What it is sure about, it fills in. What it is not sure about, it asks on the line itself, before anything is posted. Nothing reaches your books without a person looking. Every line can be corrected: change the matched product, fix a quantity, confirm the packaging when a box turns out to hold sixteen pieces rather than one. When the questions are answered, one tap posts the delivery as a goods receipt. What else it keeps: • Price history — what each supplier charged for an item, and when it moved • A price map of the month's spend, where a 34% jump on chili is a big red square instead of a line in a report • Purchasing signals — what got more expensive, which supplier is worth a call • Notifications when an invoice is waiting to be checked, or the accounting system refused one Nota is built for restaurants and the people who work in them, not for personal use. It connects to the accounting system the restaurant already runs (Syrve / iiko), and an account is set up together with the restaurant. Free: 10 invoices a day, for as long as you like. Nota Pro removes that limit — unlimited invoices: • Nota Pro Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 month, US$89.99 (Rp 1,499,000 in Indonesia) • Nota Pro Yearly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 year, US$899.99 (Rp 14,999,000 in Indonesia); the price of ten months for twelve Prices vary by country; the price in your currency is shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
