The website nomisma.com.cy belongs to the company NOMISMA PUBLISHING LTD, which through its executives is also responsible for its daily information. NOMISMA PUBLISHING LTD began its activity in April 1999 with the publication of the Monthly Economic Magazine "CHRIMATISTIRIAKI", which was subsequently renamed to nomisma, as is the name of the company. Our magazine is the first economic magazine published in Cyprus and since 1999 has had a constant presence in the events of the economic press of Cyprus. In 2010, NOMISMA PUBLISHING LTD published the Historical Album “Cyprus, Economy and Business, 50 Years, 1960-2010”, which was co-authored by the Director of our company, journalist Iosif P. Iosif. The Album, which contains greetings from the former Presidents of the Republic of Cyprus Demetris Christofias, Glafkos Clerides and Giorgos Vassiliou, covers by year (1960 to 2010) all the main economic developments that occurred in Cyprus. Along with this primary material, historical photographs are published on the economic development of Cyprus for the 50 years 1960-2010. The Album, which has been presented at open events in Cyprus and Athens and has received excellent reviews. In 2020, NOMISMA PUBLISHING Ltd, published the 2nd Volume of the Historical Album “Cyprus: Economy and Business, 60 Years, 1960-2020”, again written by the Director and Journalist Iosif P. Iosif. Volume 2 covers the turbulent period 2010-2020, where Cyprus reached the brink of bankruptcy, as well as other important events, such as the explosion in Mari, the closure of the Cooperative and the failed attempt to resolve the Cyprus problem in Crans Montana. NOMISMA PUBLISHING LTD, pioneering all these years, has made serious inroads into the events of the financial press, publishing a multitude of special features on important sectors of our economy.
