Nomina Generator calculates estimated Spanish payslips (recibo de salarios), instantly and offline. WHAT IT DOES - 3-step wizard: who's being paid (worker and company), how much (gross annual salary, 12 or 14 payments), and which period (month or range of months). - Calculates Social Security contributions (common contingencies, unemployment, vocational training, intergenerational equity mechanism, solidarity brackets) and IRPF withholding based on personal situation (Modelo 145): marital status, dependent children and ascendants, disability, Ceuta/Melilla. - Generates a PDF in the official payslip format (Orden ESS/2098/2014): earnings, deductions, contribution bases, and employer contribution. - Shares the PDF with iOS's share sheet — save it to Files, print it, or send it wherever you prefer. - Optional advanced settings: salary supplements, contribution group, professional category, company address, and Social Security account code. - Random sample fill to try the app without entering real data. HOW IT WORKS All calculation and PDF generation happen on your iPhone: there's no account to create, nothing is sent to any server, and the app works with no internet connection from first launch. The first payslip is free; generating more is optional, and if you do, the purchase is handled by Apple's App Store (which does need a connection). Spanish payroll terms (IRPF, Seguridad Social, nómina, Modelo 145) are used throughout, since they name a specific Spanish legal document and don't have a clean English equivalent — the generated PDF itself stays in Spanish, since it's a real Spanish legal format. Nomina Generator is an estimate calculator: amounts are based on published 2025/2026 Social Security and IRPF rates, don't replace a gestor/a or labor advisor, and this isn't an official payslip.
