How It Works For workers: Create a profile, pick your skills and preferred roles. As you move, nearby employers can discover you and reach out when there’s a match. For employers: Create an account, set a search radius, and list the roles you need filled. Get notified when matching workers are nearby, view profiles, and call them directly. Example Scenario Imagine a farmer, motel owner, or event organiser who suddenly needs help. They set their location and the roles they need. When a matching worker drives through the area, the employer gets a heads-up and can call instantly. Fast. Simple. Personal. Key Features Smart proximity matching – See matches when they’re physically close. Two browsing modes for workers: Nomad Mode: road-friendly roles like farm, hospitality, trades. All Locations: includes city-based roles too. Helpful filters – e.g., accommodation provided, powered site, short-term/day work, White Card, RSA. Direct contact – Tap to call right from a profile.
