Nojo replaces the physical wristband with a digital pass, checks people in at the door in real time, and leaves the chapter a named record of who was authorized. THE PASS Every member gets a pass on their phone. Named, verified, and tied to one event. The code at the door rotates, so a screenshot does not scan. THE DOOR Chapter staff scan at the door. Check-in is instant and timestamped, and the count updates live. ALLOCATION A hosting chapter allocates passes to invited chapters by name. Each invited chapter distributes its own. Slots that come back return to the pool. GUESTS Members add guests by name. A guest opens their pass in a browser. No app to download. THE RECORD Every event closes into a record: who was allocated a pass, who claimed it, who checked in, and when. The host chapter can export it. ROLES President, Admin, and Member are separate, with separate permissions. Nojo requires an account with an approved chapter. Chapters are approved by Nojo before members can join.
