This is the NoidiPoste app dedicated to Poste Italiane Group employees and retirees. Download the app only if you are a Poste Italiane Group employee or retiree and log in with your Microsoft 365 credentials, your username followed by @posteitaliane.it, and your network password (the same as your intranet password). You can also log in with your fingerprint or Face ID. If you are a retiree, log in with your poste.it credentials. Here you can find the address book, the main intranet news, the Poste TG news, and dedicated services, including notifications, vacation, sick leave, job posting, meal vouchers, and business trips. Read your paycheck and the main personal communications on your dashboard. Read intranet news: you can choose your favorite articles, leave a comment, like the most interesting content, share an article, or subscribe to categories and hashtags. Listen to the Poste Podcast, the new communication channel with stories, conversations, interviews, and insights. Available on the NoidiPoste intranet and app at any time of day. Activate notifications for your favorite article categories, tags, and services: never miss the news that interest you most. Customize your homepage by choosing your favorite article categories and your status bar, which will always be present while browsing. Access the vacation service to view and manage your absences for the current year and your remaining entitlement on the go. View the status of your requests through notifications. Access the sick leave entry service to request and manage sick days on the go, in addition to the traditional method of communicating with the company. Enter a new sick leave request and complete the information with the medical certificate reference number and the expected end date. If you need to extend a sick leave that is about to end, you can do so using the "extend" feature, which will be enabled once the current sick leave ends: you will be guided through the entry form. Use the travel management service on the go: enter your travel request using the guided procedure. You can also consult your travel list and replicate an existing one. Access the notifications section to view new requests and their approval status. If you're a manager, you can approve your employees' vacation and travel plans directly from the app using notifications and dedicated screens. Also discover Poste Centro Medico, the center of excellence offering specialist visits and diagnostic services for the prevention, treatment, and well-being of Poste Italiane employees and their families. Consult company job postings on the go: view and apply for active job postings to participate in the selection process directly from your app. Discover the new Meal Vouchers, with biometric access and simplified login.
