Noel Paez Estilista is a walk-in barbershop, and the app works the same way: you join the line from your phone and see how many people are ahead of you. JOIN THE LINE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Continue as a guest and tap "Ponerme en la fila" (Get in line). Choose your service from the list -each one shows its price, or "Consultar" if it is quoted in the shop- and, if you want, who you prefer to be seen by. We only ask for your name and phone number. From there you see your ticket number, how many people are ahead of you and the minutes left. The screen refreshes on its own while it is open, and you can leave the line whenever you want. The shop can pause the queue or close the day's line. When it does, the app tells you on that same screen and the button stops working. SERVICES Haircuts for men and women, beard trims, eyebrows, highlights, balayage, straightening and flat-ironing, blow-drying, waves, hairstyling and updos, lashes, facials, deep-conditioning hair treatments, and makeup and styling for brides and quinceaneras. The list opens when you tap the button, split into two tabs: Hombre (Men) and Mujer (Women). Services with a set price show it; those priced per job show "Consultar" (ask us) and are agreed on site. WITH AN ACCOUNT Creating an account is free and unlocks the tabs that ask a guest to sign in: - Feed: the shop's gallery of work photos - Explorar (Explore): the team, with photo and role - Location: the shop's address, with the map and buttons to open it in Waze or Apple Maps - Opening hours, and direct contact by WhatsApp or phone - Historial (History): your past visits, with the service and the price, and the option to rate them - Alerts: with notifications on, we tell you when your turn is close. Guests get no alerts and follow their position on the Fila screen - Lock the app with your fingerprint or face, if your device already has them set up From your profile you can edit your details, change your password and delete your account at any time. NO APPOINTMENT CALENDAR This shop does not book time slots: customers are served in the order they arrive.
