TALK IT OUT A supportive AI companion that listens any time, by text or by voice, and answers with the tone of someone who has read the room. It remembers the conversation so you never start from nothing. GROUNDING EXERCISES Short guided practices for the moments that spike: 5 4 3 2 1 grounding, box breathing, 4 7 8 breathing, sigh and release, and an emotional detox session. Every one is finished in a few minutes. THE UNSENT MESSAGE Write the message you will never send. Say all of it, keep it private, and let it sit somewhere other than your chest. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto renewal in your account settings after purchase.
