NNL Field Orders (NFO) is the mobile ordering tool for NNL field sales agents who visit delivery points and collect orders on the road. It connects to the masterdata.nnl.lt back office, pulls live customer, product, price and stock data, and sends captured orders straight back — so agents can work a full route from a phone or tablet. This is an internal business application. It requires a company-issued agent ID and password (with optional SMS two-factor authentication) and cannot be used without an NNL account. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your delivery points sorted by distance — the nearest stop is always at the top, so you rarely have to search. Falls back to alphabetical order when location is unavailable. • Open a delivery point to view its buyer, address, phone, delivery schedule, credit limit and outstanding debt, including a detailed breakdown of invoices, due dates and payments. • Read debt and blocking status at a glance through clear colour coding — blocked, overdue, has debt, or clear. • Build orders by the box, with per-unit pricing calculated automatically for each line, shown both excluding and including VAT. • Apply the right price every time — contract and promotional discounts, an optional agent extra discount within your allowed limit, and bonus items where permitted. • Choose the order type: standard, free issue or planned return. • Reuse past orders — copy all or selected lines from the last three months of order history, always recalculated at current prices. • Track your day live with a running total, order count and average order value, plus a summary broken down by product group. • Complete assigned questionnaires during a visit, including photo answers, with mandatory forms enforced before ordering. • Request a new delivery point straight from the field for back-office approval. WORKS OFFLINE Coverage on a route is never guaranteed. NFO caches the latest data from the server, so you can keep taking orders with no signal. Unsent orders are stored safely on the device and sent automatically as soon as connectivity returns — nothing is lost, and you never have to remember to retry. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Runs on Android phones and tablets with an adaptive layout. • Multilingual: English, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian. • Stays signed in so you don't have to log in every day. • All data is transferred securely over HTTPS. NFO keeps everything an agent needs for a visit — customer status, stock, pricing and order history — in one place, and gets orders back to the office reliably whether you are online or not.
