Ninja Scan turns your phone into a fast, private document and business-card scanner — no ads, no subscription, and no watermark forced onto your files. SCAN ANYTHING Point your camera at a document and Ninja Scan detects the edges, crops and straightens it automatically, and cleans up shadows and stains. Multi-page scanning up to 50 pages, plus gallery import for photos you've already taken. FULL-TEXT SEARCH Every page is run through on-device text recognition the moment it's saved. Search your whole library by title or by what's actually written on the page — nothing is sent to a server to make that work. FOLDERS AND MULTI-SELECT Organize scans into folders you create, rename, or delete any time. Long-press to select several documents at once, then share or delete them together in one action. BUSINESS CARD SCANNER Scan a card and Ninja Scan extracts the name, company, job title, phone, email, and address automatically — layout-aware, so it correctly separates a name and title printed side by side instead of running them together. Save any card straight to your phone's Contacts, or export your whole list as a CSV or a real Excel workbook. COLORED TAGS FOR CONTACTS Label contacts with reusable, colored tags — Client, Vendor, Follow-up, or whatever fits how you work. Create, rename, recolor, or delete a tag at any time, from any card, and search finds contacts by tag as well as by name. WATERMARKS, ON YOUR TERMS Add an optional diagonal watermark to a document. It's stamped on the fly whenever the file is viewed, shared, or exported, so the stored file stays clean and the watermark itself stays editable — or removable — at any time. SHARE IN ANY FORMAT Share as a PDF, per-page JPEGs, one tall "long image," or every page as its own PDF. Export straight into Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other provider through Android's own document picker. ENCRYPTED ON YOUR DEVICE Every scan and card photo is encrypted at rest with AES-256, keyed to your phone's own hardware-backed keystore — not a password you have to remember or can lose. That protection travels with your files right up until an optional Google Drive backup uploads them to your own account. OPTIONAL GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP Turn on backup and your scans and contacts — including card photos — upload automatically to a "Ninja Scan" folder in your own Drive. It uses Google's narrowest Drive permission, so the app can only ever see files it created itself, never the rest of your Drive. Lost your phone or reinstalled the app? Turn backup on again and restore everything back — duplicate-safe, so restoring twice never creates copies. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No ad network, no analytics, no third-party tracker of any kind.
