NINAR Kitchen is a Kitchen Display System (KDS) for restaurant and hotel kitchen teams. It connects to the NINAR booking platform and shows live kitchen orders so your staff can prepare and hand off food faster and with fewer mistakes. WHO IT'S FOR Authorized kitchen and admin staff only. Sign in with your staff pass code. Requires an active NINAR server account—this is not a guest ordering or public consumer app. KEY FEATURES • Live order queue — View orders under review, sent to kitchen, and in preparation on a clear, tablet-friendly screen. • Real-time updates — Instant sync when orders or item statuses change over a secure connection, plus manual refresh when needed. • Item-level workflow — Mark items as waiting, start prep, mark done, or record an issue note when an item cannot be completed. • Kitchen departments — Filter orders by department (grill, pastry, etc.) based on each employee’s permissions. • Prep timers — Track preparation time and highlight overdue items. • Order and item notes — See guest and admin notes while cooking. • Delivery handoff — For authorized roles, monitor ready orders and complete delivery steps. • Arabic and English — Bilingual interface with RTL support for Arabic. • Role-based access — Department staff see their sections; kitchen admins see orders, delivery, and departments. • Connection status — See server connection state and automatic refresh when returning to the app. REQUIREMENTS Internet connection and a configured NINAR backend. Designed for in-venue kitchen operations, not for customer bookings or browsing.
