A children's yoga app from Nia Lapansi with animated children's yoga videos led by Kamilla Seljelid, a children's yoga instructor with a number of children's yoga videos on her YouTube channel, Kamilla's yoga. The videos are best suited for children aged 3 - 9, but we know that both younger and older children also enjoy this app. The videos are exciting, playful and engaging, and take the children to different animated worlds. We travel to the time of the dinosaurs, we take a trip underwater, we visit a farm and we visit several other different animated worlds and themes. In all the different worlds, the children follow Kamilla through yoga positions, breathing exercises and relaxation. All the exercises are very simple, yet effective yoga exercises. The children get a fun approach to yoga. All the children need to do is imitate and listen to Kamilla as she takes the children with her inside the different worlds on yoga trips and yoga adventures. Nia Lapansi's children's yoga philosophy is about doing children's yoga The Kids Way, in other words the children's way. We want all children to feel strong, know that they are more than good enough, learn how to relax, and to understand what a superpower our breath is. All of this is intertwined with balance, stretching and strength, in a creative and captivating way. In children's yoga we work with 3 different planes, the physical plane, i.e. the physical body, the mental plane, i.e. our brain, thoughts and subconscious, and the emotional plane, i.e. our feelings.
