Health and readiness information is provided for fitness and wellness purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. You can connect a bluetooth heart rate monitor or Apple Health Kit. NF1 uses data from Apple Health to help calculate readiness, monitor recovery, track activity, and display your health and performance trends when you recored a workout thorugh the NF1 app. We collect heart Rate, Resting Hart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Blood Oxygen, Respritory Rate, Steps and Sleep to help calculate your NF1 Readiness Score and more acturatly develope workouts for you.
