Reminder when profile is suspended for too long. 4. Comments Record full interaction history. 5. Detailed decentralization Only authorized people can approve. Employees can only view their department's records. 6. Statistics & reporting Report the number of applications by status (pending, approved, rejected...). Statistics on processing performance by department or personnel.
