The Neurosaúde application is part of a doctoral project being developed by doctoral student Leonardo Silva under the guidance of Dr. Luiz Lopez, linked to the Graduate Program in Cognitive Neuroscience and Behavior at UFPB (PPGNEC/UFPB). It provides a 4-week intervention/brief course with emotional regulation techniques (mindfulness and self-compassion) that can generally contribute to the health of the participant and the reduction of levels of stress, anxiety and depression, which is being researched at the time
