DASHBOARD — A library of systems built to address specific challenges many ADHD people face: building routines that stick, managing tasks with delayed rewards, staying ahead of deadlines, forming new habits, and remembering what matters. Each one is yours to configure, edit, or delete as your life changes. What makes NeurOS different: • Built ADHD-first. Not a productivity app with ADHD features tacked on. • Coach + systems work together. Talk to the coach, build a system from the conversation, get reminders that reference the moment you built it. • 24/7 access. 3pm and crashing? 8am and can't start?
