Store description excerpt
NeuroAtlas is an interactive map of your nervous and endocrine systems, and a set of practical tools for working with them. THE ATLAS Tap any gland on the body model to see what it actually does, what raises and lowers its output, what it feels like when it is active, and which systems it is wired to. Eleven glands, six neurotransmitters, and the vagus nerve pathway. REGULATE Guided breathing with a voice-paced timer: physiological sighing, box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing, extended exhale. Tell the app how you feel — wired, anxious, foggy, flat, angry, sleepless, overwhelmed — and get concrete steps with the reason each one works. A grounding sequence is one tap away for moments when reading is too much. TECHNIQUES Eighteen methods credited to the people who developed them, spanning breath, cold and heat, focus, sleep, and movement. Each one says plainly how well it is actually supported by evidence, from well studied to traditional practice with no trial behind it. Techniques that carry real physical risk say so before they say how. BUILT TO BE HONEST No accounts. No analytics. No advertising. Nothing leaves your device, and the whole app works with no connection at all. NeuroAtlas is general education about physiology. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything here.
