NettoKlar is a gross-to-net salary calculator for Germany that follows the official formula: the German Federal Ministry of Finance's payroll tax algorithm (Programmablaufplan) for 2025 and 2026. It is not connected to the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, any tax office or any social insurance institution, and is neither operated, reviewed nor endorsed by them. It uses only publicly published calculation rules; the sources are listed below.
