This online therapy application is designed to treat insomnia, ADHD and trauma symptoms. You can log in to other online therapies with the Omapolku application. To start online therapy, you need a doctor's referral. The therapist supports your independent progress, and the therapy is done weekly for about 3-4 months. In therapy, you reflect on your challenges, ways of thinking and acting, and you learn new operating models with the help of information content, videos and exercises. When properly targeted, online therapy is just as effective as face-to-face psychotherapy. Online therapy is intended for people aged 16+ and is free of charge for customers.
