ESTIMATE ACTIVITY NEEDS Cautious assessments cover calls, 4K streaming, gaming, browsing, and uploads while naming the measured evidence and its limits. Replenished parallel transfers target a stable window; when the cap ends a fast test too soon, the result is a lower bound, not a claimed maximum.
