When internet is slow, a site will not open, or a local device is missing, use symptom-based diagnostics and focused tools to organize likely causes and next steps. Key features: - Simple symptom-based diagnosis - Download speed (up to about 8 MB or five seconds), internet access, DNS, response time, loss, and jitter checks - Estimated-router and LAN-device checks while connected to Wi-Fi - Focused tools for speed, DNS, LAN devices, Ping, and internet access - Clear results with likely causes and what to try next - On-device history and text sharing that redacts IP addresses and other network identifiers - Shared reports include the app version at report creation Privacy and storage: - No account required - History saving is optional; turning it off does not automatically delete existing records - Shared reports redact IP addresses, MAC addresses, the estimated router, hostnames/DNS names, and LAN device names - Diagnosis results and history are not sent to the developer's server - Diagnosis results and history are not included in ad requests Limitations: Because of iOS restrictions, LAN-device discovery may be incomplete. The Slow Internet diagnosis and Speed tool download up to about 8 MB or for up to five seconds from nwchk.elevenback.co.jp, ElevenBack's speed-test server, and calculate download Mbps on device.
