Neon Cities: Lost Memories reimagines a classic two-player card strategy as a one-on-one duel against the machine. HOW A RUN GOES Each node accepts data packets in ascending order only. Opening one costs you 20 points up front, so a node you cannot finish is a node you should never have touched. Overclock chips multiply whatever that node ends up worth — including the losses. Push eight cards into a single node and you take the Full Breach bonus. Every turn is the same small, sharp question: send a packet or burn it, and which one can you afford to hand the opponent. WHAT IS IN IT - A single-player duel against an opponent that reads the board, not a coin flip - Three security levels, from a relaxed run to one that thinks several moves ahead - No account, no sign-in; the game itself runs on your device - English and Korean, following your system language - Built for one hand on a phone The deck is dealt from a seeded shuffle, so a bad beat is a bad read, never a rigged draw.
