Store description excerpt
NeighborhoodRecon gives door-to-door teams one connected workspace for territory planning, field activity, and lead capture on iPhone and iPad. Work from native satellite maps, place and save outcome pins, open property details, log dispositions, and review follow-up activity. Create leads manually or use Import Leads from CSV to map columns, review row-level errors, skip duplicate properties, and turn imported records into territory pins. Route Builder organizes mapped leads and follow-ups into ordered stops, lets a manager assign a rep, and puts numbered stops on iPhone and iPad. Weather History adds recent attributed hail, wind, and tornado context with property proximity and source status. Solar Readiness Score and Score this street help teams compare eligible nearby properties before the next field pass. These planning signals do not replace an on-site assessment. My Appointments and Team Appointments keep personal and team schedules in the same workspace, with private read-only feeds for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook. The Connect your Twilio account setup is available only when workspace-owned messaging is enabled. An authorized manager supplies that workspace's own credentials. Sending remains unavailable until connection, compliance, and consent acceptance pass; approved messaging is limited to consent-gated, one-to-one follow-up and appointment texts. Add private record photos from the camera or photo library, and optionally record a private disposition voice note with a transcript. Trade-aware prompts can be configured for roofing, solar, masonry and concrete, landscaping, power washing and window cleaning, holiday lighting, or cable and fiber work. Authorized managers can draw, edit, and save polygon, rectangle, or circle territory boundaries. Role-based team tools include goals, spiffs, roster access, pairing invites, territory assignment, pipeline views, leaderboards, and workspace settings. Field members see only the controls allowed by their workspace role. When a connection is interrupted, supported door outcomes remain queued on the device and replay after the authenticated workspace reconnects. Location sharing is optional, starts only after the user chooses it, and runs only while the app is open. Camera, photo-library, and microphone access are requested only when the user selects the related feature. Account settings include profile controls, support, sign out, and in-app account deletion. Eligible one-seat plans can be purchased after account creation, restored, and managed through the App Store. Where Scout AI is enabled for your workspace, ask about your territories, doors, leads, and earnings in plain language. Answers come from your workspace's records — only when you ask, never in the background. Conversations are not stored on our servers. Authorized managers can connect a compatible workspace model provider for Scout in Settings. Provider credentials are encrypted and scoped to that workspace.
